    I use it 3x a week with a moisturizer. Also, sunscreen-obviously
Don't forget your neck and hands, too, when you use your moisturizers and sunblock. They're dead giveaways on your age!

You are right on time. At 40 all was ok. Now I'm 43 and oh crap- dark spots and wrinkles galore. Now I need to start, when I should have been more proactive.

Because of sensitive skin and high humidity, I am still experimenting with something I like, that gives results without hurting my skin (acne, burning, etc.)

Guess I should contact my derm again? I need to be checked over anyway.

Derm says TNS serum, if you can find a good price. Apparently, it's bananas money.

          Anyone used it?

Oh yeah - that one. I have not. It is super expensive.....Although... I just googled. Had no idea you could buy online - I thought it had to be purchased at a Med spa or Dr's office. Not true! And it's not expensive as I remember either. I do know many people that have said it's great. I actually almost bought it a few months ago and the woman that did my facial talked me out of it... I think it was probably commission based advice (like it wasn't the product line she had stake in). But I'm pretty sure it was $230 that day... so good thing I didn't buy it.

Oh just kidding - I bet the prices in the $150 range are for fake ones. It is $280- so I guess $230 was a great deal 😱.

$$280 is spendy but I wonder if it is cheaper than buying multiple less expensive stuff that does not work. I'd buy it IF it actually works. I have drawers full of jars I have given up on because plain coconut and almond oil seem to work just as well.
Finally - we are finished with training! Hello real world!!

Didn't read this yet, but noticed it and thought I'd post in case I never have a chance to read:

So true! I was just talking about this - except with procedures (she's getting a divorce and contemplating leaving the area l... which is known for good spa services, so she has been trying like everything). She keeps telling me which she thinks are worth it, but most sound like they hurt so badly. I just can't pay $800 and deal with crazy pain for something that I'm not sure will work. If I knew... sure.

The two best lines that dermatology offices recommend are Skinmedica (the TNS serum) and their line as well as Obagi.

I just bought some TNS off Amazon. Probably fake. I’ll try it anyway. I can’t swallow the $$$$.

Anyway, I’ll probably sign up for a dermatology conference or two just for swag and to get the scoop.

                      Ha!

                        I love that product.
