What thing are you doing right now that you really need to give up?

While my love of baked goods and sweet are well known, I'm typically a very healthy eater. Lately, however, I am eating Chex Mix muddy buddies and Cheezits with grooves. (I know, what the hell...Am I a teenage boy?) I'm not a snacker AT ALL and yet I find myself eating a half of box for lunch. Really have to get a better guilty pleasure.

Also, I'm playing fast and loose with the snooze button on my alarm clock. It's not making the mornings go so well.

    'Fess up!

Sweets and desserts of any kind. In fact, I'm now off desserts since Monday and I'm keeping it up until Disney (mid April). It had gotten to the point of me eating multiple pieces of dessert after every meal. It was bad. Because I'm BFing I wasn't gaining massive weight but I was clearly sugar addicted. I'm not cutting sugar entirely bc the boy won't sleep and I've got to have coffee. But cutting way back.

Yes to cheese and wine but I can be reasonable. However, olives, salty popcorn and chips/salsa are my kryptonite...figures since I am sensitive to sodium and blow up like a blow fish.

I need to get my diet back under control and get back to the gym. I am feeling pretty awful about myself lately.

Add me to the list of people with a problem with sweets. Every night after the kids go to bed I have some kind of treat. During my first two pregnancies I ate pretty healthy and kept the weight under control. This time though I haven't had the willpower and have gained way too much weight. Hopefully it will melt away with nursing but I am trying to prepare myself for the fact that it will probably be much harder to lose the weight this time.

Cream in my coffee (my precious, precious coffee).

We had a bunch of chocolate in our house because DH needs it. I told him I would start throwing it away, and haven't seen any since. 😅

OMG, I have the worst diet. I've always been able to eat whatever I want without gaining weight. But since I turned 40, I can't look at a carb without gaining. And I'm just not in the habit of watching my diet.

Yes! I'm so hooked on olives lately! I have no problem saying no to sweets. I don't even really like them anymore, but wave anything pickled or salty under my nose...

I'm both. I'd totally eat chocolate dipped olives.

Haha, Coke Zero. But because I gave it up for lent, I'm doing better. I really don't *need* it. I just love it so much.
