  • What movies have you seen lately?

Hubby and I were looking through the Redbox to try and find something to watch, and I haven't heard of any of these moves. I guess this is what happens when you never watch TV? So, what have you seen and enjoyed lately?

I rented While We're Young with Ben Stiller and Naomi Watts on iTunes recently, but I thought it was only so/so.

My husband insisted I watch braveheart. I'm not that into it 😕

        What? Blasphemy. Lol

It's been awhile since we've seen a good movie. Maybe The Imitation Game?

It's such a bummer Angie! I wasn't ready for it to be such a bummer.

Well, yeah. But FREEDOM! You have to be in a rebel mood.

That must be where I went wrong. I wanted a shiny happy ending.

Yeah, Braveheart, while awesome, is anything but a shiny ending. The FU to the king at the end is nice, though.

We saw Jurassic World (Chris Pratt...) and Inside Out. I was surprised to enjoy the latter; I thought the previews were kinda dumb. Being the coldhearted person I am though, I still have no idea why/when people felt moved to tears.

American Sniper last night. (Rented on iTunes) I'm not into war movies, but it was still pretty good.

A friend made us watch Despicable Me. Cute, but I won't pay theater prices to watch Minions.

All I can say is avoid Jupiter Ascending. Apparently Mila Kunis and Channing Tatum made a really bad movie.

Good to know! The kids were asking about it, but we thought it didn't look worthy from the previews.

Husband and I recently watched Ex Machina. It was great! I watched Clouds of Sils Maria last night and it was pretty good. DH would've hated it
