What are your favorite recipes? They don't need to be easy or healthy, just awesome every time you make them

I love these enchiladas. The best part is they are on the healthy side:

My chicken tacos are super easy but always a hit.

1-2lbs boneless chicken breast in crock pot,
      1 packet taco seasoning
      1/4 cup water
cook on low 8 hrs, remove chicken, shred, then add back to the pot.

Fill small warm flour tortillas with chicken, top with shredded cabbage, Mexican cheese, and special sauce (mix 1/2C salsa with 1/2C ranch dressing, fancy )

Super easy and yummy. They also transport well warm if you wrap them in foil so great if kiddos need food while at extracurriculars.

My kids love chicken tacos too!

Pulled pork in the crock pot with the McCormicks seasoning packet. My kids like it best served over a mound of mashed potatoes and a steamed green side.

Our all time favorite it a pork tenderloin marinated in soy sauce, seasame oil, ginger power and garlic powder. Dry and place in a casserole dish. Cover with a paste of honey and brown sugar (1/4 cup each). Sprinkly with seasame seeds. Roast at 375 til done. Serve over rice and top with the sweet juice.

Tacos and taco salads are always loved around here.

Stuffed baked potatoes. Usually stuffed with end-of-the-week vegetables, butter, sour cream, shredded cheese. It's my most comforting meal!

I've been trying to think what DH asks me to make special. It's all pretty simple stuff. Pan-fried pork chops, sauteed chicken breast, vinegar chicken thigh sauté. My kids love this pan-fried tofu (especially the sauce): http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2...ce-recipe.html

This is probably my most successful tried and true recipe. It's hearty, delicious, and a huge HUGE hit. Ever since first making it, my husband requests it all the time, we've made it for multiple dinner parties, and my dad has demanded I make it for the past three Christmas dinners. It's so easy, and so delicious. With some mashed potatoes and a green? The perfect winter meal: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/g...ms-recipe.html

I also have a go-to recipe for my mom's meatballs and sauce, pasta carbonara, and chocolate chess pie that are winners every time.

Decided to make this pork tenderloin for dinner tonight. How long do you normally cook it for?

I always have luck with this: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/penne-and-vodka-sauce/ The changes I've made to the recipe is crushing 5+ cloves of garlic into the sauce, and at the end, melt in the parmesan and add in chopped fresh basil.

Ohhh, that reminds me of my newest addition to the 'go-to recipe' arsenal: Orzo with parmesan and basil: http://tastykitchen.com/recipes/main...n-and-basil-2/

Stupid easy, creamy, amazingly delicious. Such a hit.

Ooh, that vodka sauce reminds me of my penne with cream sauce and sausage recipe that always brings the house down. Mine has tons of parsley in it, and some white wine, and canned tomatoes, and a ton of Parmesan. I was already defrosting sausage without real plans for it...I think cream and parsley and penne and parmesan just went on the shopping list! Sorry 'bout your diet, hubby!

I found the exact recipe online! I copied it down from my SIL's recipe collection around 2000, apparently it originated in Bon Appétit. When I told DH I was going to make this, he lit up.

I got this easy recipe from a medical student's wife years ago, and it's still one of my favorite meals:

Salmon filet, about 1/2 lb per adult
                              1/3 cup brown sugar
                              1/3 cup oil
                              1/3 cup soy sauce
                              1/3 cup chicken broth

Mix together in a zip lock bag, add salmon, and marinate for at least 3 hours. Grill or bake.
