Nope! I don't do in home care!! Before we will put our kids in childcare, we do extensive interviews. I first call those I am interested in to ask some questions, then narrow it down to do home visits, and then make the decision from there. In both places we have done this, it has ended up working out wonderfully, but we may just be extremely lucky!! BUT, I think we truly are very picky about where we put our kids and this has helped quite a bit too! If you have any questions about interviews, let me know!
